Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates to maximize cost efficiency
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit disruptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory staging
- Generate shipment reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Implement continuous process improvements in shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with multi-modal experience
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder) and MS Office
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of customs regulations (HTSUS, NAFTA) required
- Proven track record in carrier relationship management
