Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all material movements
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows
- Load/unload shipments and organize storage areas systematically
- Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
