Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-traffic warehouse environments
- Execute efficient loading/unloading of trucks using precise pallet stacking techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow optimization
- Support month-end inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate in temperature-controlled (32°F-45°F) refrigerated storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (Class 1-5)
- 2+ years recent experience in high-volume warehouse operations
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail in time-sensitive environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license with clean record
