Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience in industrial settings
- Proven ability to operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug test required
