Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
- Verify inventory counts and document material movements accurately
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
