Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts daily
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare and organize shipments for timely dispatch
- Support receiving and stocking operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
