Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records via scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Train new operators on safety standards and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/OT as needed)
