Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in a timely manner
- Inspect and perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
