Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets of goods efficiently
- Perform pre-shift inspections and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
- Load/unload trailers with precision and care
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Good communication skills in English
