Responsibilities
- Operate electric/powered forklifts to move, load, and unload materials with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Palletize and organize products according to company specifications
- Support physical inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Clean background check and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
