Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to prevent operational downtime
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas with precision
- Assist in general warehouse duties including order picking and packing when required
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in industrial settings
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
