Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in warehouse facilities
- Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment usage
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Support inventory control and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
