Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean pre-employment drug screen and background check
