Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and according to company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and shipping schedules.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize space utilization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
