Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with real-time record updates
- Inspect packaging and materials for damage before shipment dispatch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily warehouse targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support cycle count activities and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
