Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure on-time delivery
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies while maintaining compliance with international regulations
- Utilize logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track shipments and generate reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize production schedules with shipping timelines
- Conduct regular audits of shipping processes to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
