Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using ERP/WMS systems
- Manage documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and collaborate with carriers
- Build relationships with 3PL partners and vendors
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
