Responsibilities
- Accurately process and sort incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in regular safety training and drills
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends/holidays
- Reliable transportation to the Irvine facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
