Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of the forklift and facility to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock organization.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company internal policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Handle freight and inventory with care to prevent damage and ensure quality control.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
