Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency during peak seasons
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization documents
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening as per Amazon policy
