- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety standards and ergonomic guidelines
- Support cycle counts and quality control initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/stooping
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
