Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse using scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid state ID for background verification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
