Responsibilities
- Accurately process and sort incoming/outgoing inventory using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Adhere to all Amazon safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse facility
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (early morning, evening, weekends)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid government-issued ID or work authorization document
