Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Operate other warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
- Support inventory control and quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
