Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move products throughout the facility
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Complete shift documentation and reports using warehouse management systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through paid training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (10-30 hours/week)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
