Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Operate packing equipment safely and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Update inventory systems and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist with cycle counts and warehouse cleanliness initiatives
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Manhattan facility
- Flexible availability during weekday business hours (8am-6pm)
