Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications
- Operate packing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and packing lists
- Maintain organized and clean workspace to ensure safety and productivity
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to Newark, NJ facility
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
