Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, conveyor belts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and damage prevention
- Maintain organized and clean workstation and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
