Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight trucks using manual equipment and powered tools
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and conveyor systems
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability during daytime shifts (6AM-6PM)
