Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy against packing slips
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Document transactions and report discrepancies
- Participate in monthly inventory counts
- Adapt schedule to peak season demands
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexible availability (must cover 2-3 shifts weekly)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to East San Jose facility
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
