Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends based on operational needs
