Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
