Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS software
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless logistics flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with flexible scheduling systems
