Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort inventory using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Process returns and damaged goods according to protocols
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all Amazon safety and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to Dallas facility
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
