Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment to ensure optimal safety standards
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with accurate documentation and scanning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company quality standards
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic computer literacy
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
