Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through barcode scanning and system updates
- Inspect materials for damage and report quality discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks
- Prepare shipments for distribution by packaging, labeling, and documenting
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid California driver's license a plus
