Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label temperature-sensitive shipments following quality control protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to safety standards and OSHA regulations in cold storage environments
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Support warehouse cleanliness and facility maintenance initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in cold environments (32-40°F)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
