Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging to maintain company standards
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to reconcile stock discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines at all times
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Assist in receiving and sorting incoming shipments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
