Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.)
- Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning items and updating warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Keep work area clean and organized following 5S principles
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Drive facility
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
