Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate packing equipment (sealers, labelers, conveyors) following safety protocols
- Update inventory records in real-time using barcode scanners and software
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain clean and organized workstation per 5S standards
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional forklift certification)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours/week (scheduling discussed during interview)
