Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, sort, and distribute inventory during overnight shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Report equipment maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly
- Adapt to fluctuating work demands while maintaining productivity standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
