Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as scheduled
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District location
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM (schedule can be customized)
