Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Accurately scan, sort, and package customer orders in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent workplace incidents
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Utilize handheld devices to track inventory movement and update systems
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
