Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation in climate-controlled facilities
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check required)
- Reliable transportation to our San Antonio facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends
