Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized workstations
Qualifications
- No background check required - second-chance friendly workplace
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
