Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy via RF scanners and maintain organized storage systems
- Safely operate warehouse machinery following OSHA standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work environments through regular 5S practices
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
