Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated zones for optimal efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability to work during morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
- Valid driver's license may be required for equipment operation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
