Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within warehouse and yard
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision
- Perform daily forklift inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and reports
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience with sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
