Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Accurately receive, scan, and put away incoming inventory in our WMS system
- Efficiently pick and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience operating warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
