Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with receiving, stacking, and organizing materials in designated zones
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year forklift operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
